A Little On Louise
Louise Hudson is a BAC who came to faith in The Lord at the age of 10; yet, after leaving "religion" behind, becoming His servant in the past four years; studying the deep things of God, which has led, with the Holy Spirit's guidance and teaching, to a place where serving Him is all.
She is fervent in her belief... Exhorts those that the Spirit brings, for that purpose, into her life...serves The Lord in spirit and in truth, praying that the body of Christ will be supported and comforted, to God's glory...in some small way, by the scripturally based writings found here.
And that the peace, which passes all human understanding, is at home in our very being, as we recognize that we all make up a different part of this Holy Body, and so our understandings will often differ. And that the differences are overlooked, as we work together to bring praise to our Lord and Savior.
A servant is...
Doulos (doulos doo'-los); a slave (literally or figuratively, involuntarily or voluntarily; frequently therefore in a qualified sense of subjection or subserviency): - bond (-man), servant.
1Corinthians 7:22 (KJV)
For he that is called in the Lord, [being] a servant, is the Lord's freeman: likewise also he that is called, [being] free, is Christ's servant.
For do I now persuade men, or God? Or do I seek to please men? For if I yet pleased men, I should not be the servant of Christ.
2Timothy 2:24, 25 (KJV)
And the servant of the Lord must not strive; but be gentle unto all [men], apt to teach, patient, in meekness instructing those that oppose themselves; if God peradventure will give them repentance to the acknowledging of the truth.
A servant does....
...serve Him, in spirit and in truth. My prayer is that we who are united, invisibly, in this grace-given “light bondage" will find words here that support and uplift us, as we carry out God's plan, revealed to us through Jesus' sacrificial death and resurrection, while being guided by Him...our in-dwelt Holy Spirit.
And, so I sing...
"Praise to the Lord, the Almighty, the King of creation! O my soul, praise him, for he is your health and salvation! Come, all who hear; brothers and sisters, draw near, join me in glad adoration."
(Hymn written by Joachim Neander; 1680)

A Latvian Poem
(Submitted) by Louise Hudson
Found in my Latvian grandmother's writings…translated from an old method of writing the Latvian language...in a Germanic style...so the translation may not be 100% correct. However...the words touched me. And so…here it is. (Also found two Latvian bibles. Now have hope that we all will meet at the Rapture!)
"Hither the fiery drink,
May the image of my suffering burn,
For one kiss from luck,
I put my life in the game.
Hither the girl with red lips,
Ha! Fiery is your breath,
(..?..) my white,
May the fire wave in the vast sea.
May I sink into the depths of the earth,
Where my luck is not begrudged,
Let me burn, let me die,
Let me escape the sufferings of life."
